Products

Every artwork available on PurplePirateCo is either an original creation, a limited-edition reproduction or a handmade product. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations in colour, texture, brushstrokes, wood grain, ceramic finish or other natural characteristics may occur and should not be considered defects.

Dimensions mentioned on the website are approximate. As every piece is handmade, minor variations in size and finish may occur.

Colours displayed on screens may vary slightly depending on your device settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices, product availability and shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders

PurplePirateCo reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our Cancellation, Returns & Replacement Policy.

Commissions & Custom Orders

Commissioned, personalised and made-to-order artworks are created specifically for each client.

While client preferences and reference images are carefully considered, the final artwork reflects the artist’s creative interpretation and signature style.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissioned and personalised artworks cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has commenced.

Production timelines for commissioned work are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and other ongoing commitments.

Care Instructions

Original artworks, prints and handmade ceramic products should be handled with care. Any care instructions provided with the product should be followed. Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, storage or misuse is not covered under our replacement policy.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, logos, website content and text displayed on this website are the intellectual property of PurplePirateCo and Deepti Sinha (professionally known as Deepti Ahluwalia Sinha), unless otherwise stated.

No artwork, image or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright, licensing or reproduction rights.

PurplePirateCo reserves the right to photograph and display commissioned artworks for portfolio, website, exhibition and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed with the client in writing.

Product Images

Every effort is made to accurately represent each artwork. However, slight differences in colour and appearance may occur due to lighting during photography and variations in monitor or mobile display settings.

Shipping, Returns & Replacements

By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping & Delivery Policy and the Cancellation, Returns & Replacement Policy available on this website.

Limitation of Liability

PurplePirateCo shall not be liable for delays, losses or damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures or other force majeure events.

Where applicable, our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

Website Availability

While every effort is made to keep this website operational and up to date, PurplePirateCo does not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
